HOW TO USE
Follow label instructions for dosage. For best results, take consistently for at least 4–6 weeks.
Quercetin Bioactive:
For persons over 18 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Curcumin Complete:
Adults and children over 12 years: For the first week, take 2 capsules per day with food.
After the first week, take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Milk Thistle Bioactive:
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily for the first month.
Thereafter, take 1 or 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
