HOW TO USE

Bergamot-HT:
Adults and children over 12 years:Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at night with meals or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Milk Thistle Bioactive:
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily for the first month.
Thereafter, take 1 or 2 capsules per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
